A markedly delayed development of the teeth except 13, 23 are obvious. Remarkably, a retardation of 3–5 years compared to the average is noticed in 15, 25, 35, and 37; additionally, 35 is displaced. This example shows the importance of evaluating the overall findings before the diagnosis aplasia should be stated.
